Position Overview

Attending walk-in customers at our store, explaining home appliance features (TVs, ACs, refrigerators, washing machines), helping with model selection, and assisting with billing and finance options.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and explain features and pricing of different brands and models.
• Demonstrate appliance functions (smart TV interfaces, inverter AC cooling, wash cycles).
• Guide customers through consumer finance and EMI schemes (Bajaj Finserv, HDB, credit card EMIs).
• Coordinate with the billing counter and delivery staff for order processing.
• Ensure display units on the store floor are clean and properly labeled with price tags.

Requirements & Qualifications

• • 1 to 3 years experience in retail electronics, appliance, or mobile store sales.
• • Good spoken Malayalam; basic communication in English.
• • Courteous, polite attitude and willingness to assist customers patiently.
• • Qualification: Plus Two, Diploma, or any Degree.
